We understand that as a home heating company, our service is essential to comfort, safety, and peace of mind—for that reason, we plan to continue providing fuel delivery and HVAC service to our valued customers. However, in order to protect the health of our customers, our team, and the MetroWest community, we are taking the following precautions when it comes to service in the upcoming weeks:

  • Fuel delivery will continue as scheduled
  • Please limit service calls to priority requests and emergency situations
  • Service calls with be performed with limited social interaction
  • Our office will temporarily be closed to visitation; to pay, please call or use our online portal
  • All employees will frequently disinfect surfaces and wash hands according to CDC guidelines
  • If you have been exposed to the virus, please call to reschedule your service or delivery
